  At the moment, I don’t take any particular care without my food except for reduce consumption of table salt; I have a inherited slim body type that fortunately I can keep without many stress.

• How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
  Before the pandemic I would travel alone at least 4 times per year (every 3 months) and in between with friends that want me to come over or college friends ✈️✈️✈️
